The Verify by Visa page is too big for the window as a result one cannot enter all the security information to complete the purchase

the only way to make purchases is to use something like Internet Explorer for online shopping - Verify by Visa works on that platform.

Did you try to reset (Ctrl + 0; zero) the page zoom (or zoom out: Ctrl + -) on that page to see if that helps?

If you have increased the minimum font size then try the default setting "none" in case the current setting is causing problems.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > Minimum Font Size (none)

Make sure that you allow websites to choose their fonts.

  • Tools > Options > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > [X] "Allow pages to choose their own fonts, instead of my selections above"

You can use an extension to set a default font size and page zoom on web pages.

Both of these Options were already as described - still have the problem though

Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot.

Can't you resize the window with the mouse?
