It seems like the only place this occurs most is on my website.

You are about to log in to the site "jahpccpa.com" with the username "www%2Exxxx", but the website does not require authentication. This may be an attempt to trick you. x+letters

Is "jahpccpa.com" the site you want to visit?

Some URLs include a username and password separated from the actual address with an @ sign. If you are using a bookmark, check the URL and remove any extraneous characters up to and including the @ sign, or delete the old bookmarks and create a fresh one.
