I had to have the GEEK Squad work on my computer. I had to reactivate windows because it said it was not genuine so I did so.As I was checking the "Adjust Mozilla Firefox Privacy Settings for Cookies" I did as it said.

   Open Firefox
Click on the Tools menu and select Options
On the Privacy tab, ensure that Accept cookies from sites is selected. (Note: if you do not see this option, then consult Mozilla Firefox Help for instructions on how to enable this view)
          • This is where the problem was. On the privacy tab view, there is no option that says ensure that "Accept cookies from sites." As you can see in the parenthesis, it says if I do not see this option, to consult you. Could you please tell me what to do? Thank you.

Thank you so much for taking the time to resolve my answer, It worked and I appreciate it. When the Geek Squad sent my computer back (it all started with the cord not charging my computer), I noticed that on my desktop it now says at the bottom This copy of Window is not genuine" and says "Build 7601." I have been trying for hours to download it with my product key code but it won't take it and it says the product key is not valid. Well, it's the product key I was given when I bought it. Do you think it will be a problem with Windows not being genuine or would yo take it back to where it was purchased? Just wondering, Than k you so much
