Here's the issue. I got a new PC at work today, but before I did, I set up Sync on the old one and synched my bookmarks and history to the cloud.

Now I have a new PC, but when I try to set up sync to retrieve my bookmarks, it either asks me to pair the device or enter the recovery key. I don't have the old device to enter the pairing information, and I never got a "recovery key" when I did the initial install.

How do I get a recovery key sent to my eMail address?!??!?

Chosen solution

You can't have the recovery key send to you. You can only recover from a lost (forgotten) password of the Sync account.

You should have made a backup copy of the Sync key when you initially had setup Sync.
If you didn't do that then that data is lost (the sync key is used locally to encrypt the data before uploading).
