Adobe Flash player for Android has stopped adding new features. The version of Adobe Flash on Android is 11.1. Adobe recently released Flash 13 for Windows and OS X desktop OSs.

Sites often will start blocking older versions of Flash. The only recourse is to contact the sites support team and remind them that Flash 11.1 is the only Flash that is available on Android.
