Got a new W11 computer and I know I've stopped it before.

I found https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1284577 on a search, but that didn't work and the answer is archived so I can't comment on it.

Where are the valid instructions?

Also, should I undo that? What other things might that now be doing?
