I have tried installing extensions on https://addons.mozilla.org. Everything else online works fine, but https://addons.mozilla.org gives me "Download failed. Please check your connection. " after 10 minutes of loading icon. Browsing works fine. I have tried with and without a VPN. It used to work. Other devices, and firefox on dualbooted linux work fine.

For about the last 2 monthes, Firefox crashes regularly, with this message in a pop-up box:

Firefox Crash Reporter Firefox had a problem and crashed. Unfortunately, the crash reporter is unable to submit a report for this crash. Details: missing field 'include_url' at line 3 column 1

Afterwards, I can re-launch Firefox and resume activities.

I'm running Windows 11 Version 23H2 for x64-based Systems

I can no longer use credit cards for any purpose on any site with Firefox. If I use Edge all my credit card transactions are immediately approved. I'm using desktop with updated Windows 11. PayPal usage is unaffected on Firefox.

j'ai sélectionné la langue française mais toutes vos explications sont en anglais...? C'est dommage je ne peux profiter de vos nouveaux développements.

Merci de me dire comment accéder aux infos en Français. Continuez à développer des logiciels qui ne proviennent pas de Google...

My outlook icon on the taskbar had a red X on it. I shut the desktop and restarted, but now Outlook is gone and Microsoft wants me to do somethings i don't understand. Whay to do?

I switch from Chrome to Firefox and imported all my "bookmarks". How do I view all the folders I had in my Chrome bookmarks? If I click the >> at the top, the bookmarks are not listed the way they were on Chrome, and I can't find the numerous folders of bookmarks that I had set up. In the saved links that do show up in the list, I see hundreds of links but they are unorganized. An outdated folder that says "Imported from IE" shows up in the list several times, but it's not the list I had on Chrome. Help ;>)

depuis quelques jours, quand je fais une recherche dans google par firefox, plein de sites inutiles s'affichent avant les sites habituels. Comment les supprimer ? Merci
