How can I automatically remove all invalid email addresses when sending my email it isn't stopped by just one address?

When trying to send an email to my 10,000 recipients, it is always stopped by an individual email address, I remove one and another pops up and stops it again. I get the following error 'An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: The domain in the email address...does not exist'.

Is there a system to automatically remove invalid email addresses, or to send the email regardless? I need a way to get around this problem because otherwise I'll be removing each address individually.

Hmmm who sends mail to 10,000 people at a time, and has a list with invalid domain names. Sounds like a marketing list. Even sounds like a purchased one as any reasonable system that has opt in mailing would validate the opt in address when received.

The error message is from the outgoing server, obviously it validates the email addresses it is asked to send mail to. so you could turn off this validation process, but you would need to be the server administrator to do that.

Realistically though I feel like i am helping a spammer. 10,00 member mailing list with invalid domains does not sound like people who rally want to hear from you, or they would have updated their email address. You are not doing any favours to those unfortunate enough to share a server with you either, they are probably having mail issues from sharing a locality with you.

Hire a marketing /mailing house to send your marketing mail. One that keeps getting in my way is mail chimp. I am sure they have tools to fix defective lists, or they may just blast out invalid mails.
