You seem to have two different Flash Plugins installed for Firefox.

Shockwave Flash 17.0 r0
Shockwave Flash 16.0 r0

Also, keep in mind that IE [ActiveX], Firefox [Plugin] , and Chrome [Pepper] all use separate versions of Flash. You have to look at the version listed in "Installed Programs" for the correct one for the web browser you are using.

Grab the Adobe uninstaller from here: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html

Then download the versions of Flash you need for Firefox and IE from here: https://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/distribution3.html

Run the Adobe Flash uninstaller program, then restart your operating system. To completely remove all versions of Flash.

Then install the latest versions of Flash. Restart your PC again when done.
