I just purchased a new video card, GTX 1070 and installed driver 368.81, after installation any scrolling I do in firefox has extremely bad screen tearing on any web page. Problem does not happen in internet explorer or chrome, just firefox. I've tried disabling hardware acceleration and smooth scrolling, but the problem persists. Any help is much appreciated.

I solved my own problem after a couple hours for trying random stuff. For me the solution was go to the firefox home page and click on the refresh firefox button, then fixed whatever glitch was causing the screen tearing, now I have smooth scroll and hardware acceleration and everything is fine.
