I had a computer crash on my desktop, Win 8.0 64 bit, and my laptop, Win 8.1 64 bit. I reinstalled Tbird on my desktop and, since AI could not seem to get my old profile to work, I did a new install. My desktop is okay. My laptop keeps wanting me to set up my whole account without it using my old profile.

I do not have a profile showing when I go to "C:\Program Files (x86)\Mozilla Thunderbird\thunderbird.exe" -p.

I tried using profile manager and it would not work either. Any other suggestions for things I might try?
