The message is sent form Windows 10 from Goggle. Subject is New sign-in from Firefox on Windows. The message is the Your Goggle Account bellbill1101@gmail.com was just used to sign in from Firefox on Windows. What does this mean? I received this message when I signed into my Asus tablet.

Hi, it is normally Gmail informing you for security purposes, that someone signed in to your account on Windows for the first time. If it was you, I think there is somewhere on that message to confirm that it was, or if not, to say it wasn't - in which case it might be someone hacking your account and you will probably be advised to change your password.

Hi, it is normally Gmail informing you for security purposes, that someone signed in to your account on Windows for the first time. If it was you, I think there is somewhere on that message to confirm that it was, or if not, to say it wasn't - in which case it might be someone hacking your account and you will probably be advised to change your password.
