Line2 (Voip) requires plug-in, Firefox evolved beyond that -- suggestion for work-around?

2 business phones are Line2 (Voip). About 3 months ago I could not access messages at dashboard (for 2nd line). Line2 offered help stating I needed to add a plug-in.... then realized Firefox will not allow it. I just read up on the efficiency of Firefox making plug-ins unnecessary. Currently, I retrieve messages on 2nd phone via the associated computer. Suggestions other than changing phone service?

Thank you Fred. I didn't quite understand when I read up at Support. I will look into ERS.
