I lost the home button on my Google tab

I always had a home button on my Google home page and suddenly it's gone. How can I restore it?

If you look at the attached screenshot, do you see the icon you're missing? If not, about where was it before?

What exactly do you mean by Google home page? Don't you mean the toolbar?
