Tabs navigation window
Hi, I have two problems with tabs: 1) On some pages the symbol for switching to the tab navigation window is not shown. By randomly pushing the screen I have most of the times managed to display the symbol. However, up to now I have not been able to figure out where precisely to switch on the tabs symbol. 2) since a few days the page for the tab navigation seens to be "floating". I can easily scroll down towards older tabs, but when I try to scroll up again to the newer tabs the entire window vanishes from the screen and I see the page from which I have started the tabs navigation page. This is quite annoying. Can this behavior be switched of? Thanks a lot! Christian

Hi Christian
Thank you for your questions and feedback.
If you tap the square with the number in it next to the address bar, you should see all your open tabs. If you swipe up and down the top part of the menu that appears, you can open and close the tab view. If you move up and down the middle part of the menu, you will be able to scroll through open tabs.
I hope that this helps.
Hi Seburo,
Thank you for your reply! My Firefox used to behave as you have described. Not any more: On about 50% of the pages the address bar and the square with the number are not visible any more and I have not figured out a reliable way to make it visible again. The tabs menu behaves as you have described. If I really hit the center of the window, I can scroll up to the newest tab before the entire window disappears towards the bottom of the screen.
Best wishes Christian
The entire TABS function ― including the 'press and hold to bring up tab functions' method is ― universally-despised. You're not alone.
