Most of the time they are offered but sometimes not.  ??? Anything I can do to make this work 100%? What could be interfering with this?

Wow - I can't edit my original question. Why would Mozilla do that? "Let's make it harder for them to improve their query". Makes sense. Anyway........

Ironically my stored info didn't work for this site. Oh the irony.

You should find "Edit this question" in the "Question Tools" in the sidebar menu where you also find the "Question Details".

You can use "Fill Login" and "Fill Password" in the right-click context menu of username and password fields on the webpage if autofill isn't working. "Fill Login" and "Fill Password" should also be available if you disable the Password Manager (i.e. no tick on "Ask to save logins and passwords for websites").

Thank you. Every other website has the 3 dots and you click those and see Edit. Question Tools is nowhere near the title. This is very poor layout design.

Ok - I'll try it. Still doesn't explain what's interfering with it working all the time.

You have the vertical three dot menu next to a reply to edit this reply. They haven't used this for the question because this includes editing the title and decided to group all thread related item the the sidebar menu.

You can try to remove then recreate the login in Lockwise in case there have been changes to the login form that affect autofill.

True - for the replies it works fine and is in the proper place. They need to fix it for the original question. No one looks at the top of a page, far away from the question for ways to edit that question. Its just common sense.

The question tools menu is only at the top if the screen width below a certain width and should appear as a sidebar if you make the screen wider (above 1070px).
