Hi People,

I want to import a Gmail Mbox file to Mozilla Thunderbird. I have tried it on several ways:

1) Via ImportExportTools NG 2) Via a feed solution.

The Mbox file is imported correctly, but I can only see the from and date information. Unfortunately the Subject and imported email is empty.

Could someone please help me out, thanks.

Regard,

Ralph van Essen

Does the gmail mbox file have a .mbox extension? If so, remove the extension and copy the file into the Mail/Local Folders folder of the profile folder, with TB closed. Help/Troubleshooting, Profile Folder, Open Folder to open the profile. Does the folder appear under Local Folders when you restart TB?

Thanks for your reply!

I have tried it when deleting the .mbox extension and yes it appears in the local folders after restarting TB. Unfortunately all mails and subjects are still empty. See attachment
