Can't import bookmarks from Chrome into Firefox. Chrome bookmarks do not show as available
I followed the steps to import bookmarks from Chrome into Firefox but when I choose my dominant Chrome account the Chrome bookmarks did not show up in the "import all available data". (Weirdly Bookmarks from other Chrome accounts I have did show up).
How can I get the Chrome bookmarks to be available for import?

Hi there,
To import bookmarks from Chrome into Firefox, you can try the following steps:
Open Firefox on your Windows 10 desktop. Click on the three horizontal lines icon in the top-right corner to open the menu. Select "Library" from the menu, and then choose "Bookmarks" from the drop-down options. In the Bookmarks Library window, click on "Show All Bookmarks" at the bottom. In the Library window that appears, click on "Import and Backup" from the toolbar. Choose "Import Data from Another Browser" from the options. A new window will open, showing a list of browsers you can import from. Select "Chrome." Make sure your dominant Chrome account is selected, and then click on "Next." You should see a list of items available for import, including bookmarks. Ensure the "Bookmarks" option is checked. Click on "Next" to proceed with the import process. Once the import is complete, you should find your Chrome bookmarks in Firefox's bookmarks library. If the Chrome bookmarks still don't show up as available for import, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:
Make sure you have the latest version of both Chrome and Firefox installed. Verify that your Chrome bookmarks are properly synced with your dominant Chrome account. Check your Chrome settings to ensure that bookmarks syncing is enabled. Restart both Chrome and Firefox before attempting the import process again. If the issue persists, you can try exporting your Chrome bookmarks as an HTML file and then importing that file into Firefox. To export bookmarks from Chrome, go to Chrome's bookmarks manager, click on the three dots menu, select "Export bookmarks," and save the file to your computer. Then, in Firefox's bookmarks library, choose "Import Bookmarks from HTML" instead of "Import Data from Another Browser" and select the exported HTML file. I hope these steps help you import your Chrome bookmarks into Firefox. If you have any further questions or need more assistance, please feel free to ask.
What 'steps' have you followed? There is now a command in the File tree of the menu bar menu. If you don't have the menu bar showing, use alt + f then "Import From Another Browser".
