Profile disappeared after update
Hello, I am desperate. After an update today, my profile is gone. It would be no problem to set up the mails again. But I had saved a lot of mails in local folders for years and I'm afraid that I won't be able to access them if I set everything up again. Unfortunately, I can't do anything with the help articles because they are too technical. I think I have at least found the location of the locally stored mails. How should I proceed so that I can access them again? Thank you so much in advance, Klaudia

I presume you found them in the prior folder. To retrieve, - install the addon importexporttools NG if not already done - highlight local folders - right click and select the importexport option to import mbox - select one of the local folders to retrieve (just the file, not the msf) and click ok - repeat for all folders

I can't believe it, it worked like a charm. I didn't have to select anything, after I installed the NG tool, all locally saved folders and mails were back. Thank you so much for your time and effort. You have helped me a lot. I would like to mention that I installed "MailStore Home" yesterday. In this (free) program, I was also able to find and view everything from Thunderbird with the Archive Mails function and archive it separately, and mails from Livemail that were lost years ago were also displayed again.
