Vista Home Firefox 3.6.9 When I try to log out (or restart), Windows shows the big "Firefox is preventing you from logging out" message. If I click "cancel", Firefox is totally frozen, can't click any part of it, not even the "X" close window button. Task manager says "firefox not responding"

Try the procedures in the Firefox hangs or is not responding - How to fix article, in particular the section called "Hang on exit".
