How can I access email?
The passwords nor security question answers worked...I was told a new code would be sent to the email...yet, I cannot access the hotmail account. Can you send a code to my verizon.net account to allow me to reset passwords, etc. in hotmail?

As it is a Hotmail account that you are trying to reset, you will need to contact Microsoft.
