"Bookmarks > Organize Bookmarks" has been renamed to "Show All Bookmarks" in the Firefox 4 beta versions.

Thanks. I was afraid that if I clicked that, it would open all my bookmarks. They could have worded it better. "Organize Bookmarks" sounds good!
