I am unable to download firefox 4.0. It says "The proxy server is refusing connections". I don't know what to do!

I tried to download firefox 4.0 today and now I am unable to connect to the internet from home. It says, "The proxy server is refusing connections." -Firefox is configured to use a proxy server that is refusing connections. -check the proxy settings to make sure they are correct. -contact your network administrator to make sure the proxy is working. I do not know what this means or what to do. Please help!

You can find the connection settings in Tools > Options > Advanced : Network : Connection
If you do not need to use a proxy to connect to internet then select "No Proxy"
