my Firefox is already in version 4 but the interface is still the same like version 3
I just downloaded the version 4 but the interface is still the same like version 3. Some part already in version 4 but the menu bar is still like in version 3.

I think that is normal for Windows XP. To switch to the orange Firefox button, right click after the end of the menu bar and uncheck it from the pop-up list. Does it work?

There are other things that need your attention.
You may also want to update your graphics display driver: Blocked on your graphics driver. Try updating your graphics driver to version 10.6 or newer.
Your above posted system details show multiple Java Console extensions.
You can uninstall and remove Java Console extensions, you do not need them to run Java applets.
