Do you read your email on a web site (e.g., GMail, Yahoo mail, Hotmail) or in Thunderbird?

Most mail sites/programs have a Trash or Deleted items folder, or something similar. Hopefully the message is in there.

The web site is Hotmail and I cannot open or delete the messages I've been receiving.

It was simple in yhe end. Gmail has a bin and for some reason it was in there, I did not delete it
