running xp when i try to download the download completes then the box says "unknown Publisher" i do not get a chance to go on. and it does not install

Don't try to run the Firefox installer directly, but save the file to the desktop and start the installation with a double-click on that icon on the desktop.

it does not download it says download failed publisher unknown
