After installing the latest version of Norton 360, Firefox can't see the Norton Toolbar. I reinstalled Norton 360 and upgraded Firefox to version 21. LiveUpdate says it downloaded the Norton 360 Toolbar Add-On. I've tried the steps for corrupted extension files, but that didn't help. I've been working with Norton tech support via their message boards, and none of their suggested fixes has helped. Since the Norton 360 Toolbar Add-On was downloaded by LiveUpdate after I reinstalled Norton 360, it appears that the problem is with Firefox 21. How do I fix this?

hello, according to norton, you need version 2013.3.5.1 of the toolbar which is compatible with firefox 21. please run the norton liveupdate repeatedly & until all components are up-to-date. in addition make sure that the toolbar is enabled under firefox > addons > extension afterwards.
