Why do my frames automatically close?

Whenever I website attempts to open a frame for me, it will open for about 2-3 seconds and automatically close. For example, when I attempt to post a comment on YouTube a frame opens for me to login but will close very few seconds later. It's always been like this and I have to use a completely different browser to use sites I'd like to comment/login on, which is frustrating. I've tried opening frame in new tab and it works, but there's always some problem that occurs (Ex. Unable to scroll, Unable to use a website's feature) that wouldn't if the frame was opened seperately.
