When I watch a video or listen to music in a headphone and stop it for couple of minutes, I don't hear any sound after I continue it from where I left.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to Troubleshoot the issue and to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

It is not a solution for this problem and just nonsense. I now these steps and more then this. There is no point to reload a page everytime this problem show up. Mozilla need to improve quality of their service than change interface that doesn't give anything new or important.

If you know what the solution is, how about letting us know what it is?

What we do is to have the user do things like Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} , turning settings on/off.

We can't go to your computer to do these thing. So you need to do these things in our place.

Sometimes the solution comes quickly, other times it takes a while.

The people who answer questions here, for the most part, are other Firefox users volunteering their time (like me), not Mozilla employees or Firefox developers.

If you want to leave feedback for Firefox developers, you can go to the Firefox Help menu and select Submit Feedback... or use this link. Your feedback gets collected at http://input.mozilla.org/, where a team of people read it and gather data about the most common issues.
