I receive frequent emails from SweetJack.com. There are descriptions of their offers over gray blank boxes. I opened the same mail from Outlook.com's website and they display correctly. I am stumped.

I have a screenshot of the problem but don't know how to attach it to this message.

Thanks,

Bob

You can check Tools -> Options -> Privacy -> Mail Content -> Exceptions to see if that user or website is listed as an exception.

It might also be a bug in Thunderbird, causing to not show these images. To check this, copy or move the message to one of your local folders and check if the images still don't display.
