At "Add-ons Manager" page, I go to "Extensions" tap and list all. There is only one extntion called "Shopper Helper Pro" and it does NOT show the "Remove" bottom to remove it. ONLY the 'Enable" and "Disable" option. How can I remove this annoying extension from my Firefox?

Hello, You can try remove manually:

  1. Go to your profile folder.
  2. Close Firefox.
  3. Enter in the Extensions folder.
  4. Delete the respective file/folder addon.
  5. Restart Firefox.

I don't know what in the world you are talking about. None of your instruction steps work, or exist!

Extensions that do not have a "Remove" button are installed by other software and are not under control of the Firefox extension manager.

Extensions installed this way need to be removed via the settings (options/preferences) of the program that has added this extension or this program has to be uninstalled. In Firefox you an only disable such an extension.

Open the Add-ons Manager, and select Disable for that add-on.
