I received the push update to Firefox 34.0. Today Adobe Flash is totally inoperable. It's causing lags to most sites and I am receiving the pop up constantly to stop it or continue.

Hi beth.mansfield, I am sorry to hear that the update led to Flash not working as expected. However there are some troubleshooting steps that can be taken to diagnose the issue.

If you have problems with current Shockwave Flash plugin versions then check this:

  • see if there are updates for your graphics drive drivers

  • disable protected mode in the Flash plugin (Flash 11.3+ on Windows Vista and later)
