You neither have an email address with 'Mozella' nor with Mozilla. Mozilla isn't an email provider. You do have an account with your email provider, and you access that account through Mozilla Thunderbird.

Move all the messages you want to keep to your Local Folders account. You can create sub folders underneath 'Local Folders' to replicate a folder hierarchy you may have for the account to be deleted.

Manually create folders, don't attempt to move entire folders. Then copy messages from one folder at a time. Do that by selecting the messages to be copied in the source folder. Then right-click a selected message - Copy To, and choose the destination folder. Once the messages have been copied successfully you can delete them in the source folder. Once all messages to be kept have been copied to Local Folders you can safely delete the account.
