I accidentally synced a new FireFox account with one that is similar. I received the window that stated that a confirmation email was sent to that email address. What I am concerned about is can that individual with that account access my synced content?

I went ahead and clicked on "forget email address" from the options screen. Is this enough or do I need to take any further steps?

Chosen solution

No. The content that was on the computer will just have the last copy from the last time the accounts merged.
