I want to send spam e-mails directly to trash. It looks like there is an option to label them as junk and then send all junk e-mails to trash. The problem is I have labeled many e-mails as junk that I might want to read maybe 5% of them. How can I undo all junk settings and start from scratch so I can label spam e-mails that I never want to read as junk.

Why don't you use the Junk (or Spam) folder to move messages classified as junk to. You can set a retention time so that you can still read messages you want and check for false positives. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Junk_Mail_Controls
