My issue start with my router. i went to a site to get new firm ware. and got blasted with adware. Ninja loader and DNSUnlocker, gave me fits. After all the stuff, getting rid of the adware: including new browsers, explorer & chrome. i got the page jump when i typed "jambox.com/start". Then reinstalled windows... 8.1 tried to and it still jumps. Jambox.com seems to be the only site effected. i am afraid ill infect (if its a ???) my friends. Thanks you

Both links provided have redirected me to SoundForce; one returned a 404, and the other to the main page. I'm not quite sure I understand what your question is.

Thanks Mark,

My question was the issue with me or Firefox. Is this occurrence a Jambox .com problem? My fear was my system had been infected. i shall notify Jambox, if you could do the same i'd appreciate the cup. Best Regards, John
