Mozilla Firefox or Firefox is the name of browser as Mozilla is the company. Also the majority of posters here are users helping users unless you see a Administer tag below name.

Firefox does not impact separate applications like this. This is a Norton ativirus issue so you could post at https://community.norton.com/forums
