I had a similar problem at first. To favorite something on your android phone you will need to find the menu button. You can find it at the bottom of your phone. The exact location of the button may vary depending on your model, but you can find it at the bottom of your phone, below your screen. It may also vary in how it looks. Look for three horizontal lines. Or three dots stacked on top of each other.

Or a button that says: menu

When you press it, you will see a star on the upper left hand corner. This is how you favorite something.

To FIND the things you favorite, open a new tab by clicking on a 1 on the upper right hand corner of your screen. The one will turn into a plus sign when you click it. Click the plus sign, and this will open a new tab. Or, you can click on the menu button and click "New Tab"

Once you have a new tab open, it will say "top sites" and "bookmarks" Scroll through this by swiping though it until you reach "bookmarks" I think it may say "favorites" depending on your phone model. This is how you find your favorites.
