Here I go downloading the apps for both my android phone and my iPad. Cool. So I decided that I need to sync my data from my desktop.

Downloads were successful:)

My nightmare didn't start until I attempted to log in to sync. After several tries and still not being to log in, the error message I'm receiving now is

UNEXPECTED ERROR on all devices

There are currently problems reported with the Firefox account service used to sign in to Sync.

The Mozilla Engineers are looking into this issue and best is to try again later or one of the next days to see if the service has been restored.

hi, there is currently a general ongoing service outage affecting logins with firefox accounts. mozilla engineers are aware of it and working to resolve it. please try it again a little bit later & sorry for the inconvenience!
