Is there any way to configure mozilla thunderbird to send only to a specific e-mail address?

For example, I have a specific list of e-mail address where i will send the e-mail then i add an e-mail address that is not in the list. those e-mail address that is not in the list will not receive the e-mail that i have sent.

You might find it helpful to read this: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Restricting_user_actions_-_Thunderbird However I can't see any means there of achieving exactly what you want. Maybe others have better ideas?
