Hi

I installed Firefox 52.0.2 64 bit and uninstalled the 32 bit version. When not in Full Screen mode, the tool bars disappear unless I move the cursor to the top of the screen. I would like the tool bars to stay up and not hide. Does this have anything to do with something called slim.chrome? I have tried looking in about:config but find nothing but for full screen for toolbars. I tried resetting this but it did not help the non full screen mode.

Okay...found the reason. I have Theme Font & Size Changer add on. I checked and Slim Chrome was enabled via a check. I unchecked slim chrome and the tool bar autohide was disabled.
