I have two computers at my work where I use the same email. These two computers doesn't synchronise the email with eachother.

What I mark and flag on one doesn't show on the other. This has made some problems for us and we want to find a good soloution.

Can you please help us.

Use IMAP instead of POP.

Use IMAP instead of POP.

I'm using POP on one of the work emailadresses and IMAP on one of them, but this doesn't change anything. I recieve all the emails and everything. But If I mark one of the emails as read or mark it with a colorcode it doesn't show up on the other computer.

POP does not sync. Google POP vs IMAP to learn how they work.

The read/unread status of messages will synchronize across all devices set up as IMAP, but message tags may not, depending on the properties of the IMAP server:

As an alternative to tags, you could create appropriately named folders and have them subscribed to on all devices with the IMAP account.
