I have just installed Adobe Acrobat DC on my new laptop (Win 10 x64 Home) But the Add-on for it is disabled for it in Firefox 54.0.1 32 bit. Is there any way to enable it? As is shows as Disabled , as it could not be verified for use in Firefox.

Any help or advice to get this to work would be greatly appreciated. Do I need to uninstall Acrobat DC or re-install it to get it to work?

Would you try this please :

3=bar menu => Options => Applications => Portable Document Format (PDF) :

Under 'Action' => other :   choose   'Use Adobe Acrobat (In Firefox)'

Does that work  ?
