When I click on the Firefox icon to open it, I immediately get the Mozilla Crash Reporter. Every time. I tried opening in Safe Mode but cannot. I'm sorry, but I am not understanding your instructions that are below this area. I click on what you tell me, and what you say will happen doesn't happen. The contents of the latest crash report are pasted in a box below, as well as right here. Please let me know what else you might need from me. Crash ID: bp-ade1e803-8ab3-4556-8263-f22201171026
