After Firefox updated to 57.0 (Quantum) this morning, my LastPass add-on/extension would not properly display the virtual keyboard for signing in. I had to go to lastpass.com and use the sign-in there to get the virtual keyboard functionality to work. The add-on is 4.2.1.21a. Is there a setting I need to update to get this to work again, or did LastPass lose the functionality under Firefox 57.0?

At present, when I click on the virtual keyboard icon when using the LastPass icon for signing on, the screen changes as usual and leaves the sign-on window in the middle of the screen and does not bring up the virtual keyboard to the left of it (after moving the sign-on pop-up to the right a bit).

Chosen solution

The suggested solution to use Settings and ensure Update is set to AUTO did NOT resolve the issue. I have continued to have the same problem. The issue persists to this day, 12/5/17. My original response from 11/14/17 is immediately below.

Your response was helpful, but I had already done that. It looks like the update had already been applied when I was trying, and it doesn't shift the login pop-up from the center to the right to allow the virtual keyboard to pop-up to the left of it. Login pop-up just stays in the center and that is the end of it. No virtual keyboard appears. I have Auto update checked in the Extensions. Last update for the LastPass extension was today, 11/14. Appears to be a bug to me, but maybe there is some setting that needs to be properly defined?

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/lastpass-password-manager/ updated yesterday.

Should be able to go to the Extensions Page and click the gear and update.

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
