Both "CUSTOMIZE" and "MOZILLA" are missing from my SETTINGS menu

According to the HELP page(s), there should be sub-menus for Customize and Mozilla from within the Settings menu. These are not present in my browser. I was trying to learn how to import bookmarks, and also trying to determine browser version to see about update(s). How do I proceed..?
