The about:studies page should list all the studies you're currently in, with a "remove" button next to each one. If there's nothing listed on that page, or if the studies on that page are grayed out and say "complete", then you're not currently in any studies.

I asked about *deleting* studies I am already in, not about stopping future studies. I have already done the latter.

The about:studies page should list all the studies you're currently in, with a "remove" button next to each one. If there's nothing listed on that page, or if the studies on that page are grayed out and say "complete", then you're not currently in any studies.
