I have been using Firefox for about 15 years and can't believe what a worthless browser it has become. Every update you do does nothing but create more crashes and make me want to switch to another browser..... Why can't you make a browser that doesn't crash 20 time a day?

Separate Security Issue, please update your Flash 28.0 r0 by removing it with this tool : https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html Reinstall with Flash Player Version: 30.0.0.134 Current Version https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, . . . .) Note: Other software is offered in the download. <Windows Only>

Hi, well lot's of reasons. Video Card Drivers that are out of date driverDate: 12-18-2014 like yours and also can no longer be updated. Motherboards that have never seen drivers other than the ones that came on disk as there was 5yrs of updates to be had, Bios's that have never been flashed.and the list goes on.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report. Please make sure to include the bp- as pictured.

  1. Enter about:crashes in the Firefox address bar and press Enter. A Submitted Crash Reports list will appear, similar to the one shown below.
  2. Copy the 5 most recent Report IDs that start with bp- and then go back to your forum question and paste those IDs into the "Post a Reply" box.

Note: If a recent Report ID does not start with bp- click on it to submit the report.

(Please don't take a screenshot of your crashes, just copy and paste the IDs. The below image is just an example of what your Firefox screen should look like.)
