Upgraded to 60.3.2

Menu Toolbar changed to Black text over dark Blue background is practically unreadable.

How do I change the font color or background color on the menu toolbar?

Chosen solution

go into add-ons on the tools menu and select themes. Change the theme from dark to light or default as I think the light theme is described.

Any better?

The dark and light themes are new in TB60 for just this purpose. Thunderbird gets a lot of it's colors from the operating system, if the windows theme and the Thunderbird element do not mesh well there is now an alternative Thunderbird theme to alleviate the issue.
