Printer icon disappeared, and not in the "Customize" window either
I have TBird installed on both my work and home systems. On the work system, I have an icon for printing a message (installed using the Customize feature for Toolbars). On my home system, this icon does not appear either on my Thunderbird or on the Customize panel.
If someone can tell me which file contains the Customize icons, I'm happy to copy it from one system to the other. I really don't want to have to reinstall from scratch (although I have done a reinstall over the top) as I am running three different email accounts at home, and it's a lot of work.
I imagine there are one or two files that I could copy across to get this option back to where I can select it.
We also have a couple of other TBird installations, they all have the Print icon available.
Hope someone can help here :)

If you run in safe mode (hold Shift when you launch TB), does the Print icon appear in the Customize window? If it does, try this: launch in safe mode, check 'Reset toolbars and controls', click 'Make changes and restart', then see if you can add the Print icon.

Thanks for your help, problem solved!
I'm escaping from Outlook, and I'm not 100% sure on how everything works on TBird.
